You can call the School Office at any time.  If it is outside of office hours, we have a voicemail system so you can always leave us a message and we will respond to your call. 

If your child is unwell and unable to attend school, it is really important that you do call us so we can discuss the nature of your child's absence.

For general enquiries, the quickest and easiest way to make contact is by email.  Our Admin Team will happily pass your enquiry on to the best person.  We pride ourselves on having strong communication processes.  During term time, you can certainly expect an acknowledgement to your email within 24 hours, and we would hope to manage the vast majority of enquiries in this time frame too.

If you prefer to hand-deliver important documents, these can always be dropped off at the Main Entrance.  School Office hours are 08:15 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday).  Out of hours, you can also drop mail off at our postbox, just outside the Main Entrance on the wall. It is a small, white box mounted high on the wall.   

Visit Us

Visits to St Joseph's are warmly welcomed!  Please contact the School Office to make an appointment.  On arrival, you will need to use the intercom system to gain access to the school site and then report to the Main Entrance without delay to sign in.
