Catholic Parish of Guildford

 

The Catholic Parish of Guildford is formed of four active and diverse church communities in Guildford: St Joseph's, St Mary's, St Pius X and St Edward the Confessor - one of the largest and most dynamic parishes in the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton. At the heart of the parish are people of all ages and backgrounds who work, pray and share their lives together. The parish’s children, youth and family work is unique and a particularly strong feature of Guildford.

St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School is blessed to sit alongside St Mary’s Church, Rydes Hill.  The school often celebrates Mass in the church, in communion with local parishioners. 

 

We have regular visits from the parish clergy, especially Monsignor Tony Barry who is also a School Governor.
